How To Make an ORDER for shackles? - TOOLEE lifting&Rigging

Before confirm the shackle's order, firstly we should know what kind of delivery term: FOB QINGDAO/SHANGHAI OR CIF PORT OF DISCHARGE  and then the following question should be confirmed.

A: the shackles type, such for us type or european type

B: after know the type, we should know what is the shape of the body and the pin, the screw pin or square head pin or round pin? Bow type or DEE type?

C: usually these information we can know the exact you need, but the material usually needs to confirm, mild steel or high carbon steel or alloy steel, also if we know the working load limited, we can know what is the material you need.

D: size of the shackle is necessary.

E: what is surface finished? usually the forged high tensile strength shackle with hot dipped galv. and the commercial type shackle with e-galv.

F:do you need some more special mark on the shackle's body or pin? if yes, we have the minimum quantity requirment.

G: the last question is the packing, the last question but not the least, also it's very important. gunny bag? carton? or others type.
