offical order will be shipped by SEA or By AIR.

Sample will be arranged by EXPRESS.   Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon shipment.

RETURNS:

Goods will be back by sea or by air if quality is bad. Seller will be responsiable the return charge. firstly, TOOLEE and the buyer should made agreement for the shipment.

LOST/DAMAGED MATERIAL:
Before Shippment arranged we will issue the Detail Packing list, the buyer received the goods, please check according the list. Any Lost Or Damaged TOOLEE will discussing and make the agreement with buyer.

UPS/FEDEX SHIPPING INFO:
Any Sample send by Express, we will provide the Tracking information.
