Cautions
-Never use a lashing as a lifting sling.
-Never twist a webbing.
-Protect the webbing from sharp edges by suach as protective sleeves.
-Chemical active environments ca effect the strength of sling.
-Polyester is resistant to acids, but affetected by concentrared bases.

Ratchet Lashings are used for tying down loads whilst transporting , shifting or moving them. They have replaced traditional jute ropes, chains and wires used for transportation and for a variety of other applications.
