Turnbuckles made of malleable cast iron combinated with eyes or/and hooks forged, are used to stretch wires and ropes for subordinated loadings (for example wire fence) By this article it can not guaranteed any breaking loads. Deformed parts have to be replaced. This articles are not suited for lifting /supporting constructions! If the turnbuckle shall have specieal demands, please use DIN 1480.
